Trufa Pendant White – David Pompa
David Pompa Trufa White Pendant is a handblown glass pendant lamp.
The David Pompa trufa pendant white is crafted from handblown recycled glass and features a sandblasted surface with a matte texture and very subtle air bubbles, just like the clear version of the Trufa pendant.
The glass transforms into a white, luminous body of light, offering a soft, diffused glow. The design incorporates a white metal structure and cable, blending elegently with the glass. Its tiltable and rotatable form allows for horizontal or diagonal settings, bringing versatility to its sculptural presence. Trufa White embodies a balance of craftsmanship and sustainability, creating a serene atmosphere through its minimalist design.
It allows for two different states: horizontal and diagonal, simply by moving the lighting object in the desired state by hand.
As the Trufa White is created by melting used glass bottles and transforms them into a lighting sculpture it closes the circle of
design, utility and beauty all staying within its original environment of Mexico City.
As this pendant lamp is both very classic and very comtemporary its narrative includes both subtleness and balance.
As every piece is a little different because of the hand-blowing and air bulbs in the glass, the white textured surface combines with all interiors.
Recycled handblown glass containing air bubbles in its surface that play with light,
creating new compositions of miniature reflections through its texture, enriching the light that shines through.
The entire handmade process is carried out by skilled artisans in Mexico.

Studio David Pompa – Meta Parallel black arrangement 10 – LES VRAIS
Meta Parallel black arrangement 10 is a light sculpture, looking like a horizontal plane.
The lighting object reunites in a new kind of relationships, the beauty of geometry and the roughness of rock into an aesthetically audacious and poetic form.
In this arrangement, five Meta Parallels black 140 are compiled to create a new piece of one of a kind.
So much that, the canopy starts a conversation between function and aesthetics, creating a unique integrated piece.
This way, a sculpture with its own language is created.
The Meta Parallel black uses Recinto, also known as volcanic rock, for the columns, and powder coated black for the metallic parts.
Thus, the metal element becomes a new visual object that reinforces balance and tension.
Additionally, these two materials give the lighting a natural, porous texture of discreet luxury.
