Cultureplex and Loves Is Enough know how to integrate the Saga Chairs in this multipurpose and communal central space.

Cultureplex is described as “a community centre for a modern city”. They provide well-equipped areas to work aswell as three adaptable meeting and event spaces, an 80-seat restaurant, a small cinema and a coffee counter. It is situated in the Ducie Street Warehouse, which also offers 166 beautiful appartements, including 8 penthouses with private terraces.

This very open and spacious room still holds a homey feeling thanks to the perfect choice of colors and furniture. The Saga Chairs immediately stand out and flawlessly match their surroundings. A large central bar in stainless steel and terrazo is the heart of the room.

Cultureplex is the latest of the city’s heritage buildings to be taking on a new purpose. Whether you need a place to work or just want to sit back and relax, you’re at the right spot. You will be warmly welcomed by their enthousiastic staff members.

The space is a modern take on a public square and is inspired by Manchester’s libraries and halls. Love Is Enough tried to retain the classic, industrial Manchester elements as much as possible in this previous railway warehouse. Railway references are still visible, for example in the type of lightning used. The original column system and the rusk brick arches remain intact. Classic Manchester bricks can be found aswell.
