Jin Kuramoto is a Japanese designer. In 1999, he graduated from Kanazawa College of Art.
His style is experimental but always respecting the materials. The latter have inherent properties that he highly values.
Each of his designs tells a different story thanks to the differents materials he uses, or the style he has.
He received international recognition and several awards like the Red Dot Award, Good Design award and the iF Product Design Award.
Sika-Design distributes different furniture designed by Jin Kuramoto, such as the Machiya bench and stool and Hikari lampshade.
