Inspired by traditional Scandinavian armchairs, the Holm chair by Staffan Holm combines a robust construction and a high level of comfort. The levitating feeling of the seat gives this chair a light feeling and a friendly appearance that blends well in any environment. Holm has placed great attention on the connection detail between the armrest and the legs of the chair.

Each room features custom-designed wall hangings as well as artwork and furniture by many important design brands. The furniture ranges from classic chairs designed by iconic Japanese designers to contemporary pieces by Ariake. Not only do they experiment with contemporary and traditional settings, but they also support emerging artists by displaying a lot of one-of-a kind objects.

Ariake is a furniture brand founded by Legnatex and Hirata Chair. Every piece is created with the thought that furniture is made for social situations where people live, work and eat together. The creation of the Ariake brand and furniture designs were a result of that thought process. Everyone involved lived, worked and ate together during two intensive workshops in Morodomi to create a collective energy and mutual trust.
